Legal Cashier – Southern England

We are recruiting for experienced Legal Cashiers for leading law firms in the South of England.The duties for a Legal Cashier will include offering an efficient and accurate legal cashiering service, gain an understanding of and ensure compliance with Solicitors’ Accounts Rules in relation to all tasks.

  • To ensure the client and office accounts are kept up to date
  • Process BAC’s payment runs
  • To raise cheques and ensure that the appropriate procedure for acquiring signatures are followed
  • To ensure that cheques are distributed within agreed deadlines
  • To ensure that banking of cheques received is carried out on a timely basis
  • To review funds received as bank giro credits and ensure that the accounting system is updated on a timely and accurate basis to reflect these receipts

You must be a dedicated individual, have strong interpersonal skills and be willing to work in a busy environment at times.

A recognised industry qualification (NVQ4, RMA & Level 5 diploma in Leadership & Management) would be an advantage with these positions. Field Care Supervisors – UK Wide

We have various Field Care Supervisor positions throughout the country. You will be responsible for the ongoing field supervision of domiciliary healthcare support workers and will ensure the service user requirements are met whilst maintaining compliance of care standards in accordance with Local Authority policies and procedures.You will be required to provide day-to-day support to the Operational Network, assisting with the assessment, set up and review of health and social care packages, and you will be required to ensure that a skilled workforce is in place and they are able to deliver safe quality care to all clients. As a Field Care Supervisor your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that the clients receive the appropriate care package and that continuity of care is a priority.
  • Assist the Care Managers in auditing the standard of service delivery to clients by:
  • Conducting spot checks and supervisions
  • Client satisfaction questionnaires
  • Attending review meetings with client / family / local authority / health personnel as required
  • Creating and updating client care plans
  • Any other administrative procedures required by the Care Service Manager
  • Assist with interviews & compliance
  • Complete the Risk Assessments and care plans
  • Checking and supervising Care Workers competence at delivery of medication to clients and practical application of Manual Handling techniques.

We are looking for experienced Regional/Operations Managers for some of the UK’s leading health & social care organisations. You will be responsible for the development of branches within your territory, and for ensuring that both Profit and Recruitment targets are achieved.

  • To develop and implement a sales and recruitment strategy for individual offices and for their region in line with company values and objectives
  • To manage and support the Branch Managers in delivering agreed recruitment and Gross Profit targets
