We are running a questionnaire that allows everyone living in the Parish of Ombersley & Doverdale to have their say on what they think about the extension of the Hall and what services and activities it could provide.

The building is 100 years old in 2023 and the Committee wants to extend and improve the building to create a modern flexible space for everyone in the local area to use for a variety of activities and events. The building is very well used and we need to increase capacity to cope with future demands.

We have already consulted with user groups, Parish Council, Trustees, School, and Medical Centre. The Committee is pursuing funding sources for an exciting scheme. In brief this is to enlarge the main hall and remove the false ceiling, reconfigure storage spaces, create a mezzanine balcony room upstairs with stair lift, insulation, as well as replace lighting and sound. A versatile building which is more energy efficient will provide for the community for years to come.

Please download and print the questionnaire and return it to the address at the bottom of the form.
